 online-registration  Soft-Skills Programming

Please see the Registration page for current registration and Arena scheduling information!

Students will be registering, scheduling, and changing their classes for the 2015-2016 school year using the on-line Arena Scheduling program through the Jordan School District “Skyward” software. This opportunity allows students to select their classes, teachers, and periods of instruction. This program provides students with greater choices and more opportunities to develop schedules that best fit their future goals, plans, and interests.

It is essential that students and parents familiarize themselves with registration and scheduling procedures, deadlines, and orientation meetings. Students and parents are invited to attend assemblies and orientations to become better acquainted with this process. Please see the Registration page for specific information and procedures.

Critical Workplace Skills Class

Jordan High is offering a .5 credit class called Workplace Skills.  If you want to learn the skills that will make you successful in today’s job market then this is the class for you.  Students will learn how to create a great resume and cover letter as well as learn the secrets to interviewing well.  Students will also learn the critical “soft” skills needed to be successful in today’s workplace. They will also have the opportunity to intern for three hours per week in a career they want to explore once the classroom portion is completed.  If you have further questions, please email shelley.williams@jordandistrict.org.
